September 1st and 2nd, 2012: Alameda County Fairgrounds, Pleasanton, California

Tentative, pending the official invitation and schedule:

This is one of the largest events of the year, both in terms of the venue and numbers of visitors.  Lots of games, vendors, attractions and exhibits.

(Times may change.) We'll set up our shade canvas and a tent or two at 4:00 PM on Friday.  It shouldn't take more than an hour or so.  Then on Saturday we'll need to have the rest of our gear unloaded and have our vehicles parked by 7:30 AM. "The Viking Art of War" will be at 11:45 AM.  The Games will end at 6:00 PM.  Sunday's schedule will be the same as the Saturday schedule.
