Andre Lepage will be teaching us how to throw axes and knives.  How Viking is that...?

You'll drive into the range area, passing a number of storage buildings, sheds and firing ranges.  The knife/axe throwing range will be on your right, identifiable by the stump sections suspended on wooden supports.  The main building is past that, on the left. 

Note that you FIRST need to go to the club house, PAST the knife/axe throwing range, to sign a liability waiver.  It's electronic and done on one of their tablets.  It took me about 10 minutes, start to finish.  It might take you more time if there are more people than tablets.  You can request the document to be e-mailed to you, but there won't be a yellow card to bring to the throwing area.

Once you have signed the waiver, head back to the Impalement Arts range.  Bring $5 to contribute to Andre and the range.  We'd like to get some photos and video of us in action, so bringing and wearing your Viking gear is requested, but not absolutely required.

The axe and knife throwing session will begin about 10:00 AM and last a couple of hours.  You'll be sticking things in minutes.  He should have enough weaponry for the group, but bring your own if you'd like to see how well yours would work.  (Henrik brought an atlatl with javelin last time!) Naturally, Andre will have complete say on what gets thrown at the targets.
